I said goodbye from my corporate career of 21 years to focus on family. Little did I know that my decision is the beginning of a journey into entrepreneurship, public speaking, having an active advocacy on public service and financial literacy; and now, as an advocate of good communication and leadership for personal and career development . This is also my way of giving back and leaving a legacy of empowerment for professionals to have a better shot vat handling C level positions where articulated thoughts that connect matter.
Joyce is the founder and Managing Director of VIERA Coaching and Consultancy FZC. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting; and Masters degree in Business Administration. She is also a Distinguished Toastmaster, and has served in various roles including Division Director where she was awarded with Membership Excellence Award in 2023.
She pursues her advocacy on financial literacy via Pera Eskwela, a segment of Pilipinas Online Bantay OCW with Ms. Susan K. under Bantay OCW Foundation Inc. She had 2 decades of corporate career in commercial banking sector. She loves making paper crafts notebooks and journals in her free time.
